Your
Road Map
to Healing

Every person I work with comes in with a unique story—different symptoms, different movement patterns, and different goals. Because of that, there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. Your care is thoughtfully tailored to you, starting with a thorough evaluation to understand the root of what’s going on, and evolving as your body begins to heal and adapt. I integrate my clinical experience with extensive training to guide each phase of your recovery—whether that’s calming symptoms, rebuilding strength, or helping you return to the activities you love. Along the way, we adjust as needed, so you feel supported, confident, and truly progressing toward lasting results.

01

Find the Root Cause

  • We start with a thorough evaluation and hands-on treatment

  • Focus on identifying why your symptoms are happening—not just treating them

  • Helps your body begin to heal and symptoms improve

  • Feeling like you are reconnecting to your body

  • Improving movement patterns

  • Typically 1–3 weekly visits

02

Rebuild and Restore

  • As symptoms improve, we focus on strengthening and retraining your body

  • You’ll learn how to move in ways that support long-term healing

  • A personalized home program helps reinforce progress between visits

  • Setbacks can happen—this is a normal part of changing old patterns

  • Goal: help you feel confident that your body is strong and resilient

  • Typically 3–8 visits, spaced bi-monthly or monthly

03

Maintain and Thrive

  • Ongoing support to stay ahead of old tension or movement patterns

  • Helps you continue doing the things you love without setbacks

  • Great for those who want long-term wellness and prevention

  • Typically monthly, quarterly visits, or  as needed
