General Questions
Find clarity and reassurance as you begin your journey toward lasting wellness and pain-free movement.
Do you accept health insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance. This allows me to offer longer, one-on-one sessions and highly individualized care without the limitations insurance often places on time and treatment options. I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Do you accept Health Savings Accounts/ Flexibility Spending Accounts
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA funds to pay for your sessions.
How many visits will I need?
This varies based on your symptoms, how your body responds to treatment, and your personal goals. For example, some clients feel improvements within 2-4 visits, while those with more persistent or complex concerns may benefit from a longer plan of care that could range from 6-12 visits spread out over a few months. We’ll continuously reassess and tailor your plan to support your progress.
What is Visceral Manipulation?
Visceral manipulation is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps improve the movement and mobility of your internal organs (like the bladder, bowels, and reproductive organs). These structures need to move freely with breathing and daily activity, and when they don’t, it can contribute to pain, tension, or dysfunction in the pelvis, back, or ribs. By restoring this natural movement, we can reduce strain on surrounding muscles and help your body function more comfortably and efficiently.
Do you work with men?
Yes, I work with men experiencing pelvic health concerns such as pelvic pain, urinary symptoms, or core dysfunction. These issues are more common than many realize, and my approach focuses on identifying the root cause and restoring normal movement and function so you can feel confident and comfortable in your body again.
Yes, I work with children experiencing pelvic health concerns. I was drawn to this area after noticing that many adults I treat had symptoms that actually began in childhood—such as constipation, bladder leakage, or urgency. Addressing these patterns early can make a big difference, helping kids build healthy habits, confidence, and long-term function.
