Visceral Manipulation, Pelvic Floor, and Orthopedic Physical Therapy Expertise
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with a passion for helping people truly understand and heal their bodies. My background in orthopedics gave me a strong foundation in movement, strength, and biomechanics—but over time, I found myself drawn to more complex cases, especially those involving the pelvic floor, chronic pain, and symptoms that didn’t fully resolve with traditional approaches.
That curiosity led me to pursue advanced training in pelvic health and specialized manual therapies, including visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy. Through extensive continuing education and mentorship, I’ve developed a whole-body approach that looks beyond muscles and joints to understand how the body’s systems work together. I integrate movement optimization with hands-on techniques to address restrictions in the body that are often overlooked, helping uncover the true root of symptoms.
I work with men, women, and children experiencing pelvic health concerns, as well as individuals dealing with back, rib, or persistent pain. My goal is not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you feel confident, resilient, and connected to your body again.
Every treatment plan is personalized, blending my clinical experience with advanced training to support your unique goals—whether that’s returning to exercise, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or simply feeling better in your day-to-day life. I believe that real healing starts beneath the surface. I treat what other traditional physical therapy usually misses.

I am honored to serve as a Guest Lecturer for Pelvic Health within the University of Colorado Physical Therapy programs at both the Anschutz Medical and Colorado Springs campuses. Beyond academia, I collaborate with The Birth Squad to ensure the peripartum community in Metro Denver has access to specialized, community-based Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.
After earning my Doctorate from the University of Colorado in 2013, my professional path took me from Colorado Springs across the country—including stays in South Carolina, Florida, and Massachusetts—as my husband transitioned from his Air Force service to civilian life. We are thrilled to be back in our home state, having settled permanently in Littleton. When I am not in the clinic, my life revolves around the Colorado outdoors with my husband, our two children, and our two dogs. Whether we are hiking, mountain biking, or skiing, we cherish every moment under the sun. We are also avid fans of local treasures, from catching shows at Red Rocks and cheering at Air Force football games to visiting the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and finding peace in regional hot springs. Sharing these adventures with my family is what keeps me inspired and connected to the community I serve.
